Job Description
As a Junior Graphic Designer at TOC, you will be responsible for contributing to the creative direction of campaigns, assisting in designing various materials for print and digital media, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
Common activities include brochure layout, designing print products, packaging, website design, and creating assets for sales and marketing purposes.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience working in a design team
- Ability to manage projects from inception to production
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Open to feedback and transparent in tracking project time
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Confidence in producing final PDFs for print
- Experience in packaging design, branding, and social media campaigns
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload effectively
Desirable Requirements:
- Orthodontic and dental industry experience
- Knowledge of motion graphics
Working Hours
Part-time initially (Wednesday-Friday, 22.5 hours) with the potential to become full-time. Office-based in Bristol.
Salary
Ā£22,000 - Ā£25,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
