Job Description
Lakeside Music Academy is seeking a Music Director to recruit, hire, and manage music teachers, help with advertising, lead community outreach projects, plan teacher meetups, and coordinate recitals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in music education, music, or related field
- Proven experience in music education and program management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for music education and fostering a positive learning environment

Type of position: Part-time (10 hours per week)
