Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager & Videographer to lead and oversee various aspects of marketing for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy and implementation of e-marketing
• Marketing campaigns
• Video marketing 1-2 times every week (in-person)
• Print marketing (statements / brochures for listings)
• Event planning & execution
• Managing content
• Scheduling social media posts regularly
• Strengthening relationships with clients and company partnerships

Requirements:

• Experience in the real estate industry (SF Bay Area) is a plus but not required
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Hours:

Part-time, 10-20 hours/week

Location:

San Francisco, CA. Remote position with flexibility to meet in person every week.
