Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Junior Graphic Designer at V-Tech Solutions, Inc! We are seeking a creative mind with a passion for design to be a key player in the Product Development team for our elite client. The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and producing publication layouts, graphics, and other materials (print and digital), adhering to brand guidelines, and overseeing the development, posting, and production of publications. Experience in child welfare or human services is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital and print materials, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and publications.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and deliver projects punctually.
  • Layout and format documents and publications with precision.
  • Ensure compliance with the Rehabilitation Act (Section 508) in all deliverables.
  • Coordinate and track the review and approval process for publications.
  • Oversee production and posting of print and web PDF products.
  • Collaborate with various teams to disseminate products effectively.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to process improvement.
  • Navigate Content Management System to troubleshoot publication resource detail pages on the website.
  • Assist in product quality assurance reviews and gather usage data on publications.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Content Management System and basic HTML.
  • Strong understanding of design principles for print, digital, and multimedia.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
  • Samples of graphic design work required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance standards for digital content.
  • Understanding of print production via the Government Printing Office (GPO).

Additional Information:

  • Experience in child welfare or human services is not required for this role.
