Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to cover a fixed-term position for parental leave. This role involves creating creative designs for various commercial campaigns and marketing projects for leading brands such as ZM, Newstalk ZB, Radio Hauraki, The Alternative Commentary Collective, and The New Zealand Herald. The projects will include design for print, digital, outdoor, experiential, content, radio, and video.

Requirements

- A qualification in Graphic Design

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior level in an advertising, design, or media environment in New Zealand

- Proficiency in Full Adobe CC and digital design skills, with storyboarding and motion graphics experience preferred

- Ability to craft ideas and present them confidently to stakeholders

- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Impressive portfolio showcasing talent across various platforms

- Positive outlook, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to work collaboratively in a team

- Ability to tailor material to specific audiences and think conceptually to meet client briefs

- Experience in leading design for large brand and tactical campaigns
