Job Description

We are seeking a Part-time Graphic Designer with extensive knowledge in Wordpress and expertise in various design elements such as landing pages, ad design, banners, etc. The ideal candidate will have impeccable English skills and be comfortable working in the EST timezone (8:00 am - 12:00 pm). This role will be under the ScaledOn brand but will be working directly with one of our partners as their dedicated graphic designer. About Our Partner: Our partner is a leading manufacturer and installer of energy-efficient windows and doors. A family-owned business founded in 1980, they have a steadfast commitment to providing high-quality, custom-built home improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging graphic content for our partner’s branding and marketing campaigns.
• Design and develop visually appealing landing pages, ads, banners, and other promotional materials using Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
• Ensure all designs align with our partner’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate their message.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within designated timelines.
• Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance our partner’s marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Extensive experience with Wordpress, including theme customization, plugin integration, and content management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in landing page design, ad design, banner creation, etc.
• Impeccable English skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Comfortable working in the EST timezone (8:00 am - 12:00 pm).
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: Php450.00 - Php560.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, Work from home
