Job Description
Controlaccount is seeking a WordPress Designer/Developer to join their team and manage the refresh and rebuild of existing websites into WordPress.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining new websites in WordPress
- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling the current portfolio of websites
- Completing monthly plugin maintenance on WordPress CMS
- Writing clean, well-documented code and adhering to best practices
- Implementing API’s, end points, and web hooks
Requirements
- WordPress experience is essential
- Experience with WooCommerce sites is desirable
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript
- Experience using cPanel and aware of SEO principles
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Quick thinking with a professional and positive attitude
Other Information
- Salary Range: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 Per Annum Depending on skills & experience
- Location: Office Based B60 4FD, Hybrid working considered
