Job Description

Ethics Professionals Game Corporation is looking for a UI/UX designer to join our team and create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our games. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for researching user needs, designing intuitive visuals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization and Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and visualize user flows.
  • User-Centric Focus: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions, ensuring our games are designed with the player experience in mind.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure design feasibility, and maintain consistency throughout the development process.
  • Iterative Approach: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing, constantly striving to improve the overall experience.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of UI/UX design guidelines and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role, with a focus on game UI/UX being a strong plus.
  • Design Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., UXPin, Axure) is a plus.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Visual Excellence: Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.

  • Pay: $91,237.00 - $100,231.00 per year

  • Experience level: 3-11+ years
