Job Description
The Manager of Social Media and Content Creator will assist the Director of Digital Media in managing the website via Content Management System (CMS), creating and updating content across multiple channels. This role requires a basic understanding of web security, best practices, and regulatory requirements. The person in this role must pay close attention to detail, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have strong content creation and writing abilities. Collaborating with staff and management to ensure the website and social media align with brand strategy and organizational standards is crucial.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for web design and graphics creation - Strong knowledge of CMS; familiarity with web development languages is a plus - Experience with performance marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads - Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools - Understanding of conversion optimization principles and techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
