Job Description

Finden Marketing is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota. This part-time role, requiring 20-30 hours per week, is ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in graphic design and a passion for social media creation. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually compelling graphics for various digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency throughout projects.
• Work on a wide range of projects, including branding, advertising, social media graphics, and more.
• Experience in photography/videography is a plus but not required.

Social Media:

• Manage multiple content calendars for social media accounts ensuring content is created.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Create regular posts, including promotional content, interactive media, and more.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with the Creative Director to align with company objectives and branding strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on social media performance and design projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Duluth (position is hybrid).

Other Information

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20-30 per week
