Job Description
The Sr. Digital Service Design Lead will be responsible for auditing and optimizing user experiences on web and mobile channels, working to enhance how users engage with the company’s brands, products, and services.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- Local candidates in Columbus, OH or Plano, TX (Within 45 miles from client location)
- Experience in UI/UX design, service design, interaction design, and visual/UI design
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the design process
- Strong skills in business strategy, analytics, and customer insights
- Ability to advocate for Accessibility and Inclusive Design practices
- Proficiency in UX writing, user research, and prototyping
- Previous experience working with senior product managers and engineering leads
- Familiarity with cross-platform paradigms and interaction behaviors of native operating systems

- Role involves working on full-time or contract basis
- Salary of $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
- Location: Columbus, OH or Plano, TX
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Required experience in UI: 6 years and UX: 6 years
