Job Description:

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and much more. The position of Media Pro involves capturing and uploading media for properties, working as part-time independent contractors, and providing a high-quality service for clients. Media Pros will be trained on all products offered by NDP and can capture up to 6 properties a day.

Requirements:

• Professional interaction with clients and homeowners
• Punctuality for scheduled shoots in various locations
• Professional attire on the job
• Media upload before 9 PM on the shoot day
• Flexible schedule and updated Google calendar with availability
• Driving up to 30-40% of the workday
• Adherence to NDP shoot flow and quality standards
• Effective communication with clients and the team
• Ability to obtain Part 107 certification for drone operation
• Regular feedback/training on NDP standards

Equipment List:

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment for photography shoots:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a Wide Angle Lens
• External flash
• Tripod with ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet

• Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
