Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at MAQE, you will be responsible for delivering user experience solutions and enhancing aesthetics that represent the brand’s strengths. Your work will involve conducting research, designing personas, creating user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and developing responsive designs for various devices. Additionally, you will communicate with clients, present design solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistency across the product experience.

Requirements

For this senior-level position, we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience. Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is required, along with strong communication and presentation skills. You should have a solid understanding of design thinking principles, user-centered design, usability practices, and experience with Figma. Knowledge of managing Design Systems and working in an agile environment is a plus. The ability to self-manage tasks, identify blockers, and adapt to different user behaviors is essential for this role.
