As the Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence, crafting compelling narratives that celebrate our performances, community outreach programmes, and the transformative power of dance. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media strategy.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the artistic team to promote events, workshops, and performances.
Who You Are:
- A creative storyteller with experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Skilled in content creation, design, and multimedia content production.
- Analytical, with proficiency in using social media insights.
- An excellent communicator with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Passionate about the arts, particularly dance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with content creation tools and graphic design software.
