Job Description:

Develop the execution of interface content and language for the e-commerce digital platform. Focus on supporting Loyalty program and enhancing customer-facing experiences in web and application contexts. Work as an extension of the User Experience (UX) team, collaborating closely with designers, researchers, and strategists.

• Understand customer motivations and needs to create design solutions that best serve them.
• Collaborate with business and brand partners to create efficient digital experiences.
• Advocate for the usability of new features and functionality across the user journey.
• Operate within a Lean/Agile development process for quick launches and learnings.

Requirements:

• BA or MA in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience creating online/digital content, specifically in e-commerce.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Diverse portfolio demonstrating authored and edited web content.
• Proven track record of collaborating on projects to simplify complex concepts into interactive experiences.
