About the Role:

This role is for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead a team of two designers on a nine-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The position involves managing design projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing design work across multiple channels.

Key Accountabilities:

- People management and development

- Creative concept development

- Co-creative direction of brand photography and video

- Project, workflow, and process management

- Agency and freelancer briefing and management

- Creation and supervision of high-quality artwork, assets templates, and materials

- Event branding support

Skills/Experience Required:

- 10+ years’ experience in graphic design roles

- Previous team management experience

- Proficiency in Project Management tools like Trello

- Experience with CMS, design/editor tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and digital publishing platforms

- Desirable skills in video creation/editing
