Job Description:

• Leading the creative ideation and development of best-in-class organic and paid social media strategy for clients across various platforms.
• Staying updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop engaging social media content.
• Creating and managing monthly social media content calendars.
• Tracking performance metrics and informing teams of content performance.
• Managing influencer partnerships and creator channels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media, preferably with e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Experience managing junior social media managers and influencer talent.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Dash Hudson.
• Experience with paid media strategy and promotion on various platforms.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to edit videos on various social media platforms.
• Analytical, motivated, and skilled in project management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think broadly and implement ideas.
• Detail-oriented and able to provide objective feedback.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay: $45.00 per hour
