Job Description

Flywheel is seeking a Graphic Designer for a 10-month contract (maternity leave cover) to join the Brand Design team within the Flywheel Marketing function. The Designer will be responsible for designing and creating various collateral for multiple products. They will collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager, Design Director, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs for different projects.

The Designer will work on a range of projects including brand collateral, presentations, social media content, video graphics, emails, and promotional materials for trade shows and events. They will ensure brand consistency, produce eye-catching designs, and work together with different teams and business partners to fulfill marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fields (experience in a SaaS/Tech company is an asset)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and web layout principles
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to feedback
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional work
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in motion graphics, photography, illustration, UX/UI is a plus

The Interview Process

The interview process includes an introductory call with the Talent Acquisition team followed by meetings with team members. Depending on the role, there may be skill assessments like a Take-Home Assignment, Case Study Presentation, or pair programming/live coding exercises.
