Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Travel Counsellors, you will lead and motivate a team of two designers to deliver a challenging schedule of design and creative projects. The role involves working collaboratively within the marketing team to create high-quality design work across multiple channels, both digital and print, and managing project workflows efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for people management, creative concept development, event branding, and overseeing the production of artwork and assets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in graphic design roles with a strong background in both print and digital design. Previous experience managing a small graphic design team and using project management tools like Trello is essential. Proficiency in CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital publishing platforms like Foleon is preferred. Video creation and editing skills are desirable for this role.
