Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our company’s digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Tiktok, Instagram, & Facebook
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments/messages, and responding to inquiries
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Strong understanding of social media management tools
• Proficient in SEO techniques and best practices
• Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Experience in social media marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is preferred
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus
• Ability to perform social listening to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
