Location: Rockford, IL

Contract: Temporary, Part-time, Contract

Job Description

Phoenix-based real estate research firm is seeking photographers in or willing to travel around the greater ROCKFORD/FREEPORT metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 60 SELF-STORAGE properties. This contract position is available immediately and will last approximately 1-3 weeks.

Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high-speed internet for assignments and uploads, and reliable transportation.

Photographers will need to take 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings’ exteriors and upload them via Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph, focusing on exterior shots only.

Photographers may be able to photograph 2-3 properties per hour, with assignments clustered based on location. Assignments are given on a first-come, first-served basis to minimize driving time.

Requirements
