Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain various types of documentation for different audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
• Ensure documentation compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
• Enhance documentation with visuals and multimedia aids.
• Act as a point of contact for documentation-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer with governance and compliance focus.
• Proficiency in translating technical information for various audiences.
• Experience with specific tools like JIRA, Confluence, and HTML.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools and multimedia integration is a plus.
• Hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
