Job Description

The role involves leading the design and delivery of prototypes and setting design standards for Digital Applications.
Requirements
Essential:
- Degree in Computer Science/Graphics Design or equivalent experience
- Advanced qualification in HCI/UI Design
- Proven experience in UI Design, particularly web/mobile design
- Experience in design language system implementation
- Experience coaching junior colleagues in User Experience design
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma
- Experience in Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management and understanding customer needs
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Senior UI role
- Development experience, including HTML5/CSS3 knowledge
- Willingness to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Formal training in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UI Principles

Package Description
