Job Description:
A marketing specialist is needed to work closely with the business in developing quarterly activities, promoting the employer brand, and increasing awareness and engagement through event planning and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute internal and external events.
- Run targeted digital campaigns across web and social media.
- Work on employer branding and promoting the company culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in event strategy, planning, and management.
- Proficient in running successful digital campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive with the ability to suggest new ideas and identify sponsorship opportunities.
- Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Other Information:
