Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, with a user-centered design approach. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our product development and engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality product experiences across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Create and implement interactive prototypes and designs for mobile and web applications.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for improving user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions to real-world problems across various platforms (web, mobile, and applications).
• Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to conduct end-to-end UX research, including usability testing, and analyze customer responses.
• Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must provide a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and showcases a range of projects, including wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. Include descriptions of your design process and the impact your work had on the project’s outcomes.
