Job Description

Xandar Kardian is seeking a Freelance UI/UX Designer to enhance the design of digital health solutions. The ideal candidate must understand healthcare workflows, patient needs, and regulatory requirements to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp user needs and project requirements.
• Perform user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews for insights.
• Develop user personas, journeys, and workflows for design guidance.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to convey design concepts.
• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and work closely with developers for accurate implementation.
• Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, technologies, and HealthTech industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX Designer experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
