Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong background in complex transactional design and systems thinking. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of rich interaction design focused on digital products and a proven track record in a matrixed or corporate environment. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading design reviews and creating design solutions with a multi-faceted team. You will maintain the high standards set by the group and participate in research efforts. You will be expected to visualize ideas in a clear form and provide appropriate level documentation. The role also requires you to work well with all partners to deliver work and support UX team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 11+ years of rich interaction design focused on digital products. They must be experienced with all aspects of a user-centered interaction design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, conducting usability tests, and creating annotated design specifications. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Invision, and Figma is required. Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams is also a must.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of interaction design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces. They should be an effective relationship builder with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization. A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and strong self-management skills are desired.
