Job Description

As a Sr. UX Designer for Scaling Tools & Software, you will own the definition and design of simple, fluid, and beautiful experiences for internal customers. Your work will focus on desktop first, with a passion for expanding features across devices. You will collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to develop scenarios, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction specifications. Your role will involve leading brainstorming sessions, presenting to stakeholders, and incorporating data feedback into future designs.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of design experience
  • Must have an online portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering design solutions for complex projects
  • Experience with UX design of complex workflows
  • Online portfolio or samples demonstrating user-centered design solutions
  • Experience in acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps

Other Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Relocation: Required to relocate to Seattle, WA 98170 before starting work

Work Location: In-person
