Job Description

Possibl is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer with expertise in creating animations for eLearning content. The selected candidate will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia teams to develop visually engaging and pedagogically sound eLearning materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing animated assets for eLearning courses
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand learning objectives
• Creating storyboards, visual prototypes, and concept sketches
• Utilizing industry-standard software tools for animation
• Optimizing animations for various delivery platforms
• Staying updated with emerging trends in graphic design and eLearning technology

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• A strong portfolio showcasing animation skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with instructional design principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in web development languages like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (a plus)
