Location: Alexandria, VA
Contract: Part-time, Full-time
Job Description
- Experienced with verbatim legal proceedings including hearings, depositions, etc.
- Proficiency in MAXScribe software platform is advantageous.
Requirements
- Produce client-ready verbatim transcripts with 98% accuracy.
- Familiarity with state-specific format and style requirements.
- Transcribe a minimum of 120 minutes of audio daily.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and typing skills.
- Reliable, meeting deadlines, and open to feedback.
- Experience in legal proceedings transcription.
- Availability for onboarding and meeting daily production minimums.
- Access to required equipment and software.
- High-speed internet connection and communication availability.

- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: $100.00 - $300.00 per hour
- Benefits: Flexible schedule, Work from home
- Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
- Work setting: In-person
