Job Description

Position: Marketing Communications Specialist (contracted)

Shift: 9 am - 5 pm

Contract: 6 months

Location: Malvern, PA 19355

This individual will provide support to the Head of Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, demonstrating excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

• Creating digital marketing materials like flyers, white papers, and videos for the product portfolio and upcoming launches.
• Executing the media plan, managing printing and storage for marketing assets.
• Maintaining USA Intranet and Internet by updating content, creating monthly campaign metric reports.
• Managing operational marketing tools including Healthcare Release Tool and Content management systems like CSM, One Library, and MIND.
• Managing and executing internal communication projects such as internal newsletters.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Experience:

• Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Product portfolio: 1 year (Preferred)

Additional Information

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
