Job Description
WorkIt Labs is seeking a UI/UX Designer to help scale the suite of products for labor organizers, workers, and campaign teams. The designer will collaborate with the Director of User Experience and the product team to create high-quality, valuable product features for partners and end users. Responsibilities include creating design assets, proposing design solutions, developing design systems, collecting feedback, and ensuring compatibility with various platforms.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a commitment to economic and social justice, experience creating engaging designs, proficiency in Figma or similar tools, expertise in responsive, cross-platform design, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to meeting high standards. Experience with webflow and Material Design, as well as working on a cross-functional product team, are considered a plus.
Additional Information
This is a part-time, contract position with a compensation of $4,000 per month for 15-20 hours a week. The role is fully remote. WorkIt Labs is an equal-opportunity employer.
