Job Description
The Product Content Specialist/Coordinator will be responsible for managing product lists, working with vendors to ensure accurate content, and responding to vendor inquiries on our client’s platform.
- Reviewing and validating supplier data weekly
- Assisting vendors in entering product information into the client’s Product Data Portal
- Performing quality assurance on the data captured in the portal
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience with CMS, ideally SharePoint
- 3-5 years of product/data management experience overseeing SKUs
- Account management and customer service experience
- Detail-oriented
