Job Description

At iFIT, we are seeking a motivated Product Designer to join our team. The Product Designer will oversee and execute projects from start to finish, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create intuitive and accessible designs. This individual will drive digital products forward by gathering insights, understanding customer needs, and aligning business requirements with user-centered designs.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate research insights into concepts, interfaces, and products that empower and engage customers
• Design detailed workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to assess ideas and potential solutions quickly
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to develop and maintain iFit’s design system
• Work closely with developers to ensure concept feasibility and accurate execution
• Communicate ideas and designs clearly through artifacts like site maps, prototypes, and storytelling
• Oversee projects from start to finish, working cross-functionally to enhance the iFIT customer journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design field
• 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric products
• Growth mindset, willingness to learn and adapt, and exceptional UX and visual design skills
• Understanding of activation, onboarding, metrics-driven design, and user life cycles
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and appreciation of the product development process
• Excellent communication skills, problem ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a desire to innovate
• Experience with Figma or similar applications

Additional Information

This is a temporary contract position.

A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with interactive design, design systems, and mobile/desktop applications is required.
