Job Description:
This temporary associate designer will be designing for our Honolua women’s product. Responsible for bringing volume driving product to fruition each season. Key responsibilities include analyzing trends, designing silhouettes, branding, styling details, producing graphic art, fit direction, approving design details, maintaining technical details, understanding customer needs, assisting in merchandising, meeting deadlines, and creating/maintaining VLP.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel and graphic design
- Detailed knowledge of garment construction and textiles
- Creative, detail-oriented, highly motivated team player
- Advanced to expert in Illustrator, Intermediate to advanced in Photoshop
- Design degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work both at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA and remotely
