Job Description

Our team is revolutionising retail by leveraging cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT technologies to bring retailers online. We operate cutting-edge Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) through our Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), providing innovative services globally. As a UX Designer, you will pioneer the integration of UX practices into the Ocado Logistics Technology Product (OLTP) to enhance user focus and align with business needs.

• Develop and implement strategies for implementing UX practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish necessary tools and infrastructure
• Work closely with Product teams to ensure alignment with roadmap objectives
• Analyse user data to drive continuous improvements
• Use research methods to enhance user understanding
• Consider system usability and inclusivity in all designs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio
• Ability to work effectively in mixed teams and autonomously
• Experience in collaboration with product management, engineering, and UX/UI teams
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Experience in capturing business needs and user requirements
