Job Description:
This is a Product Designer role focused on UX/UI design for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves using data and insights to inform design decisions and shape product strategy within the User Centred Design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shaping digital help for customers across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Designing for chatbot and triaging customer queries
- Leading User Centred Design projects from discovery to delivery
- Presenting project work to stakeholders and challenging existing mindsets
Requirements:
- Strong background in UX design methods and experience in creating various design artifacts
- Competent in UI/Visual design and working with front-end design frameworks
- Experience in stakeholder management for efficient project delivery
- Experience in designing digital-first help for customers across channels and touchpoints

- Salary is circa £65,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications
