Job Description

As a Web Developer and Designer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase online engagement.

Description of Responsibilities:

Website Development:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
• Implement user interface designs and ensure application responsiveness
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Build and maintain server-side applications and databases

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members and the executive team to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions

Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and fix bugs

Security and Performance:

• Implement security measures and monitor website performance

Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Web Development, or related field
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Web Development
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Web development, or a related field
• Advanced degrees or certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist and/or Web Developer or similar role; Must provide a portfolio
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Proven experience with WordPress site development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP)
• Experience with database systems like MySQL
• Knowledge of web standards, SEO best practices, and accessibility
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility, responsiveness, and availability within 48 hours
