Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Church Sound Engineer to join our team. As a Church Sound Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality sound production during our Sunday services at 11:30 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate sound equipment, including microphones, soundboards, speakers, and amplifiers.
• Manage sound levels and ensure optimal audio quality for the congregation.
• Collaborate with the worship team to ensure seamless integration of sound and music.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the service.
• Assist with sound equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with the audiovisual team to ensure a smooth and engaging worship experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sound engineer, preferably in a church or live performance setting.
• Proficiency in operating sound equipment and software.
• Strong knowledge of audio mixing and sound reinforcement techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on Sundays at 11:30 AM and occasional special events.

Other Information:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Pay: $24.47 - $26.43 per hour
• Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
