Job Description

Motion Events Ltd is seeking a creative and innovative individual to spearhead our social media strategy as our newest Social Media Lead. As the Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, enhance audience engagement, and increase loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate social media content and campaigns to promote engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Communicate with customers through effective community management, representing the brand positively.
  • Oversee social media conversations concerning the brand(s) engagements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Utilize tracking and analytics platforms to analyze social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to expand the brand’s social media reach.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role working with events and influencers
  • Degree in a related subject such as marketing, PR, or communications
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships
  • Ability to work with a small, multi-skilled Sales & Marketing Team
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
  • Passion for electronic music

Other Information

  • This is a temporary position with the potential to become full-time after the maternity cover period.
  • Out-of-office hours may be required to attend events and interact with artists and customers.
  • Salary range: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
  • Benefits include casual dress, company events, company pension, free parking, and work-from-home options.
