Job Description:

As a Mid-Weight Designer at Ridge in Bristol, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day design tasks, developing visual concepts, producing design assets, and collaborating with the team. You will work on integrated campaigns across various media and support the evolution of the brand style.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Designers on print and digital media designs
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and update brand guidelines
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Communicate effectively, work independently, and prioritize tasks
• Contribute to DAM platform management, design templates, and marketing materials
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and participate in marketing campaigns
• Roll out branded designs and templates for MS Office

Experience and Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong design and creative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Highly motivated with interests in photography and copywriting
• Video and animation skills (beneficial), including After Effects and Premiere Pro
