Job Description

We are looking to hire a Graphic and Web Designer who will be responsible for managing, updating and building out additional content for the FlexDex Surgical company website and for creating promotional and training print materials to support the US launch of the AXIUS™ 8mm Needle Driver. This will be a 3-month contract initially, with the potential to extend. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience working with websites, excellent visual design skills and experience in conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites in line with existing brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Research and maintain awareness of competitors’ websites, marketing tools, and current industry trends. Audit existing website content and identify areas of improvement. Develop additional website content to support company objectives. Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Create and update promotional and training print materials for the AXIUS™ 8mm Needle Driver. Work closely with VP of Marketing to ensure consistency of design and product messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Digital Media Design, or related field. Portfolio showcasing at least 3 years’ experience in website design and product marketing. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator. Effective written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with JavaScript, CSS, PHP, HTML, and proficient in the use of WordPress. Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI). Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday
