Job Description

This UI/UX Designer role is a remote, contract position with ongoing assignments pending new projects. The ideal candidate will be located in the EST zone. The designer will work on establishing atomic design systems for websites and interactive platforms in collaboration with the project team. They should have a solid understanding of web development, CMS, UX best practices, ADA compatibility, and experience with projects of various sizes.

Key responsibilities include designing user interfaces for digital products, collaborating with various stakeholders, exploring industry trends, developing design visions and atomic design systems, prototyping interactions, ensuring ADA compliance and mobile optimization, participating in review processes, and maintaining knowledge of design standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have expertise in collaborative design tools like Figma and Miro, presentation skills, flexibility in receiving and incorporating feedback, strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative to meet project deadlines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred skills include experience in various industries, knowledge of agile methodologies, web technologies, ADA requirements, and mobile platforms.

Anticipated Tasks

The role involves reviewing product requirements, managing defects, creating design solutions, and ensuring brand standards are met.
