Job Description

This role at Campbell Ewald is for a UI/UX Designer on a contract basis. The position is remote and ongoing, depending on new projects. The ideal candidate should be located in the EST zone. The UI/UX Designer will work on establishing atomic design systems for websites or other interactive platforms in collaboration with the project team, focusing on web development, technology, CMS, UX best practices, and ADA compatibility. They should have experience with projects of various sizes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in digital design, the design thinking process, and creating high-quality user experiences. Required skills include proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro, ability to present and explain design choices, flexibility in incorporating feedback, strong communication and interpersonal skills, initiative to meet deadlines, and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred skills involve experience in different industries, agile methodologies, web technologies, ADA compliance, and mobile platforms.
