Location: Gardena, CA

Contract: Part-time, Full-time, Freelance

Job Description:

• Record daily activities of the company founders to enhance their personal brand through engaging vlog-style content.
• Manage and execute both “in the field” and studio filming sessions.
• Conduct and ask thought-provoking questions during filming to enrich content quality.
• Utilize talent management skills to maintain high energy and momentum during shoots.
• Edit videos when not filming.
• Regularly backup and organize footage according to established standards.
• Pay attention to the performance of videos you record to inform how you film future videos.
• Prepare cameras and other necessary equipment prior to filming sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with subjects on camera.
• At least 1 year+ of videography experience.
• Previous experience with YouTube and other long-form video platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience making short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
• Background in the automotive film industry is a plus.
• Proven track record working with successful personal brands is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires a Monday to Friday work schedule with filming starting at 6-6:30 am.
• This is an on-site position.
• You will report directly to the Social Media Creative Director.
