Job Description

The Digital Content and Social Media Officer will work closely with the Marketing and Engagement Lead to engage carers, supporters, volunteers, and staff through digital platforms. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and delivering digital content, generating funds and raising awareness through communications and campaigns, improving understanding of effective channels, and creating engaging video content for various purposes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience as a videographer with video editing skills, excellent copywriting, copy editing, and proofreading abilities, as well as an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by families in caring roles. They should be collaborative, flexible, uphold confidentiality, and promote equality of opportunity.

Other Information

• This is a part-time permanent position requiring 18 hours per week.
• The salary range is £25,953.00-£27,235.00 per year, dependent on experience.
