Job Description:

Anya Drew Films is seeking qualified freelance wedding filmmakers to join their team. The role involves working as the primary and sole filmmaker during 6-8 hour wedding shoots. Pay rate is up to $125/hour. Applicants must have prior experience shooting at least 10 weddings independently, be comfortable working alone, and able to provide 2-camera coverage during ceremonies. Drone coverage skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• Samples of raw unedited footage from recent weddings showing 2 camera angles of ceremonies with audio
• Proof of liability insurance
• (2) 4K cameras, with one shooting at least 4K 60p
• Variety of fast lenses
• Sufficient batteries and memory cards for 8-hour shoots without recharging
• 2 lav mics with recorders (such as Tuscan dr10 or similar)
• At least 1 shotgun mic
• 2 sturdy tripods
• Slider or Gimbal
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
• Reliable cell phone
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Willingness to be on call as a backup (receives double rate if called)
