Job Description
Grace UMC is looking for a part-time Sound Technician to manage audio for their various worship services throughout the week. The technician will be responsible for operating the sound systems in both traditional and contemporary worship spaces, adjusting audio levels during services, and potentially filling in other tech positions.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of signal flow
- Knowledge of digital mixing boards
- Ability to follow the service and adjust audio levels accordingly
- Live Sound Experience preferred
- Associates Degree in Audio Engineering preferred
Additional Information
The position pays $50 per Sunday worked, with shifts lasting 2-3 hours. The expected weekly hours are 1.5, with weekend availability required. The work location is in-person at Grace UMC.
