Job Description

Next Door Photos (NDP) is seeking professional and talented Media Pros to represent the brand, deliver high-quality media products, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Media Pros will capture photos, videos, aerial shots, 3D models, and floor plans for real estate properties as independent contractors.

Requirements

To qualify for the Media Pro position, candidates must have photography or videography experience, be certified Part 107 drone pilots (preferred), and possess the necessary equipment. Other requirements include:

• Professional interactions with clients and homeowners
• Punctuality and flexibility for shoot schedules
• Professional attire during shoots
• Timely media uploads post-shoots
• Maintaining an updated Google calendar for availability
• Driving up to 30-40% of the workday
• Adherence to NDP standards and quality protocols
• Effective communication with clients, owners, and team members
• Ability to study for and obtain Part 107 certification if required
• Receptiveness to feedback and training on NDP standards

Equipment List

Media Pros must possess the following equipment to fulfill photography shoots:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a Wide Angle Lens (e.g., APS-C sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens or Full Frame sensor with 16-35mm Lens)
• External flash, tripod, and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet

Other Information

• This role offers flexible hours, bonus opportunities, and pay ranging from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour. Full-time, part-time, and contract positions are available with the need for occasional weekend work. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Lone Tree, CO, and expected to interact with clients through various communication channels.
