Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced Senior Design System Specialists to spearhead the development of a sophisticated design system, drawing inspiration from industry leaders such as Shopify Polaris and Atlassian Design. This is a pivotal role aimed at professionals who are adept at crafting scalable and efficient user interfaces and are enthusiastic about elevating user experience across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and continuous enhancement of a comprehensive design system, ensuring alignment with Shopify Polaris and Atlassian Design principles.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and designers to integrate the design system across various products and platforms.
• Design and maintain a library of reusable UI components and interaction patterns.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and incorporate feedback to refine the design system continuously.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the development and management of design systems for digital products.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating past work on design systems and expertise in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
